This is the tea that I take when I go backpacking. I generally prefer
loose leaf teas, but the bags are convenient on the trail and when
you're sitting by a campfire at the end of the day, a nice hot cup of
tea is a lot better than another swig of Gatorade. It's decaf, so I
don't end up lying in my sleeping bag staring at the roof of the tent
for hours. It has a pleasant taste, too, like black tea with lemon. And it
replenishes my electrolytes so I don't wake up feeling dehydrated.

Whenever I have a sore
throat or I'm feeling tired and run down, I drink this infusion of dried
whole lemons, hibiscus, rosehips and lemon grass. But this tea (my
all-time favorite) is more than just a soother of sore throats--I also
drink it every morning for a caffeine-free lift.

I like to drink an English breakfast-type tea blend every morning. My
first cup of the day, piping hot, with milk and sugar and a slice of
toast. I've done it all my life, drinking everything from PG Tips (a
favorite) to Twinings to Five Roses. I recently discovered this Morning
Tea, and I love it. Unlike the others, this has a particularly distinct
smoky aroma, almost like a subtle Pu-erh/Lapsang Souchong kind of thing
going on. It's different than almost any other breakfast blend I've ever
tried -- mainly for that concentrated, very pleasant aroma/taste. Lately
I've collected a handful of breakfast teas and I choose depending on my
mood for the day. The Morning Tea is definitely on the list.
